What is the soap made from?

All our soaps have the same base: Coconut oil, Cocoa butter, Shea butter, Olive oil, Castor oil, Sweet almond oil, Apricot kernel oil, Kaolin clay and Lye.
Then all soaps have different additives like Fragrance oils, Botanicals and Skin safe Micas for colour.

Are your products cruelty free and vegan?

Yes. All our products are cruelty free, vegan and palm oil free.

I’m allergic to fragrances/colourants, do you have any soaps for me?

Our “Plain Jane” soap has no fragrances or colourants, it’s just plain. ~Sorry Jane <3

I have sensitive skin, can I use your products?

Yes. Most likely you will be able to use our soaps, because they are incredibly mild and gentle on the skin. Most store-bought soaps are detergent based, using lots of synthetic ingredients, and that's what usually causes skin reactions. We don't use any artificial colorants, hardeners, latherers or preservatives.

Why some of the soaps have “ashy” tops?

Some of our soaps can turn white-ish on the top. This just sometimes happen when the air hits our soap tops in the first 24h of curing. Although they don’t look as vibrant as we would hope them to, they’re 100% the same amazing quality!

How long does the soap last?

4-6 weeks is the most common feedback we get. That is with every day use in the shower. To make your soap last a long time, make sure it’s not left directly in water.

Body Scrubs/Lip Balms

Can the scrub clog my drain?

The scrub won’t clog your drain. In order to protect our environment and your drain - All our scrubs are made with sugar, which will dissolve before you’re finished using it.

What does the Hemp oil do for my skin?

Hemp oil is amazing for your skin! It decreases inflammation and irritation and is a great fast absorbing moisturiser. It nourishes and moisturises your skin without clogging up the pores.

Can I use the scrub after shaving my legs?

Yes - our sugar scrubs are extremely gentle to the skin. Their soap base will cleanse your skin after shaving, sugar will gently exfoliate and get rid of all the dead skin and hemp oil will moisturise it for a great spa like experience.

Is the lip balm tinted?

No, our lip balms are not tinted or scented, only flavoured. This makes them ideal for anyone to enjoy!

Candles/Wax Melts

What wax are they made from?

All our candles and wax melts are made from 100% soy wax, making them burn clean and toxic free.

How do I use wax melts?

To use our melts you need a wax burner/melter (we do have some in stock occasionally). Once you've got a burner, place the wax melt on top and light an unscented tea light underneath - then all that is left is for you to enjoy the wonderful scent.

My candle has a frosty looking layer on top/isn’t even all around the jar - does it still work?

Our candles being made from a natural soy wax will sometimes “frost” on the top or separate in places from the jar. This happens to natural waxes that have contact with oxygen and are in varied temperatures. We promise that this issue is purely cosmetic and will not affect your candle experience.

Bath Bombs/Bath Sands

Where to store my bath products?

It’s best to keep them in a cool, dry, dark space. Our bath bombs are securely packed, but just to be double safe, try to keep them away from high humidity.

Do I need to use my whole bath sand/bath salt at once?

It’s completely up to you - pour in a little bit and see if you’d like more. Some people like lots and lots of foam and bubbles, while others want to enjoy just a little :)

Press-Ons

How do I order custom press-ons?

Measure the width of your nails (in cm) with measuring tape from one end to the other, then send in your measurements and ideas for your design! It’s this simple :) You can email us or send them over on our Instagram!

Will the ready-made sets from the website fit me?

All the sets ready available here come with a full range of sizes. Each set has 20 nails, so there’s plenty of sizes to choose from. If you have a couple of nails that are the same width, our press-ons can be filed down to size that you need.

Can I re-use the nails?

Of course! As long as you remove the nails gently, they can be re-used many, many times.

How do I remove press-on nails?

Soak your hands in warm, soapy water and gently lift off the press-ons with a cuticle stick. If, they’re not coming off super easily - that means they need to be soaked for longer!

Shipping/Wholesale/Custom Orders

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship all the orders in 1-3 days. Sometimes, candles or wax melts can be made to order and it could take a bit longer, in which case you will be contacted!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide - different shipping rates apply. Make sure to check your local shipping rate prior to purchasing.

Can you customise my products?

Of course! Contact us with how would you like your products customised and we will try our best to accommodate. It can be as easy as a custom sticker, or as complex as your own special soap - we’ve got you covered :)

Do you sell your products wholesale to other shops?

We have our products in a couple of small shops around the West of Ireland!

Do you offer re-fills?

YES. We are trying our best to be as environmentally friendly as possible. You can send us back your candle container/scrub container and we will re-fill it for a discounted rate and with free-shipping back (in Ireland).
